Three sessions a week. That is the whole ask.
Coached strength and nutrition in Cranford. You show up, we handle the plan.
Hundreds of lives
improved. And counting.
You do not need more willpower. You need a plan worth keeping.
Nothing here asks you to overhaul your life, cut out the food you like, or live at the gym. Three coached sessions a week, built around the week you already have. That is the part that works, and it is the part almost nobody does.
Who this is built for
This is a coaching gym. Somebody is always watching how you move and adjusting what you do next.
This is for you if
- Your week is full and training keeps falling off the list
- You want to be told exactly what to do, and why
- You have tried on your own and the progress stalled
- You are coming back from an injury, a break, or a few years off
- You want the nutrition side handled without another app to fight
- You would rather train in a room where people know your name
This is not for you if
- You want to put headphones in and be left alone
- You are shopping for the cheapest gym in town
- You want a 30 day transformation and then back to normal
- You are not open to being coached on how you move
If you are carrying a lot of injuries or medical history, a group class is the wrong door. Ask about one on one or semi private and we will tell you straight.
What you actually get
All of it comes with every membership. Nothing here is an upsell.
A movement assessment first
Before you train, a coach watches how you squat, hinge, press, and pull, and takes your injury history. Nobody guesses, and you never get handed a generic plan.
A plan with an end date
You get a roadmap that runs months, not a workout that changes whenever someone feels creative. You always know what this week is for.
Coaching, never a screen
Small groups capped at 6, semi private pairs, or one on one. A coach writes the plan and then stands there while you run it.
Programming in monthly blocks
Three month cycles, each month its own four week block, adjusted from how you are actually responding. Including the feedback we do not enjoy hearing.
Nutrition coaching included
No separate fee, no separate program. It is the piece most people need most, so it comes with the training instead of costing extra.
A room that notices you
Members, coaches, and a run club on Sunday mornings. When you miss a week, somebody asks where you were.
Starting takes one visit
No card, no commitment, and no price talk until you have been through it.
Book the free intro
Twenty minutes. We ask what you want, what your week looks like, and what has gone wrong before.
Move, and get watched
A coach takes you through the basics, then explains what they saw and what your first block would look like.
Start training
You pick the times that fit your real week. Most people land on two or three sessions and stay there.

Three ways to train
Same coaching either way. The difference is how much of a coach's attention is pointed at you.
Small group classes
34 coached small group classes a week, capped at 6, 70 minutes each, so a time exists that fits your week. Everyone runs the same programmed session, and the weight, the progression, and the movement get set for you. If your shoulder or your history needs a different version, you get a different version.
Semi private
Two people, one coach, two separate plans in the same hour. Close to personal training, with someone next to you on the days you would rather be home.
One on one
A coach and you. The right call for complicated injury history, an athlete with a season, or anyone who wants the hour built entirely around them.
Nutrition coaching comes with all three. Youth and athlete training runs through one on one and semi private.
Questions people ask first
I do not have time.
Three coached sessions a week is enough. Not five, not two a day. The plan is built around the week you have, including the weeks that fall apart.
I am out of shape. Should I get fitter first?
No. That is what the coaching is for. Every movement gets set to what your body can do right now, which is exactly why the first visit is about watching you move.
I have an old injury or a medical history.
Tell us at the intro. We coach people through shoulder, knee, back, and post surgery histories every day. For complicated cases we will point you at one on one or semi private instead of a class, even though a class would cost you less.
I already do yoga or Pilates. Is this instead of that?
It works alongside it. Those build control and positions most people cannot hold. Strength training adds the load, and the muscle is what keeps that mobility as you get older. Keep doing both.
In a class, does everyone just do the same thing?
Everyone runs the same programmed session, so the room moves together. What changes person to person is the weight, the progression, and the version of each movement. If something does not suit your build, your history, or an injury, you get an option that does. That is different from a class where everyone copies one screen, and different from a gym where you invent your own workout.
What does it cost?
It depends on how often you train and which of the three formats fits you. You get the exact number at your intro, after we know what you actually need, and nothing is signed that day.
What if it is not for me?
The intro and the assessment are free. If we are not the right fit, we will say so before you pay us anything.
